1. DEFINITIONS
Participant: Sponsor, Exhibitor, or entity allocated passes, sponsorship benefits, or exhibition space.
Organiser: CONEX Kuwait Co. and Global Reach Events & Exhibition Private Limited.
Venue: AL BARAKA GRAND BALLROOM or any building listed in the Participation Contract.
2. APPLICATION
Applications via prescribed form. Once signed and invoice issued, contract is binding. Organiser may reject without reason. Space cannot be refused or cancelled.
3. PAYMENT
Fees payable in full on invoice. Late payments incur 5% monthly interest from event opening. Additional services paid in advance.
4. CANCELLATION
Cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Full fees payable even if non-participating. Agreement is irrevocable.
5. SPACE ALLOCATION
Organiser allocates space and reserves right to reassign prior to setup. No compensation applies. Participant Manual issued with guidelines to be followed without exception.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Not liable for losses from: natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, terrorism, war, infrastructure failures, or legal restrictions. Fees not refunded. Obtain insurance.
7. CHANGES
Organiser may change date, duration, venue, program, speakers without notice at sole discretion. No claims for damages or refunds. Assumes no liability.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participant agrees not to disclose confidential information regarding Organiser's business or operations except as required by law or with written consent.
9. INDEMNITY
Participant indemnifies and holds Organiser harmless against losses, claims, or damages including consequential losses such as loss of profit or reputation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Organiser makes no guarantees regarding event success, attendance, or business outcomes. May assign rights to affiliates without consent.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions with Participation Contract represent entire agreement. Supersedes all prior agreements. Changes valid only in writing signed by both parties.
12. GOVERNING LAW
Disputes resolved amicably first, then referred to Kuwait courts whose decision is final. Governed by Kuwaiti law. Participants must comply with government, venue, and organizer rules.
